This means that your IP address has been listed a being a potential source of spam in the past by the MX Lab IP Reputation.

What is the MX Lab IP Reputation?

The MX Lab IP Reputation is a technology that determines if a particular IP address is sending spam and/or legitimate email. Based on the IP Reputation we allow or block incoming SMTP connections.

Report a blocked IP address?

You can submit the IP address of your mail server to MX Lab directly to report a mistakenly blocked IP address. This will be investigated and action will be taken if needed to allow incoming SMTP connections from the submitted IP address.
