The data center
Delivering first class service requires a first class data center. To ensure a reliable service for our clients, MX Lab has chosen to deploy our email gateways only in A-class data centers. Our servers are located in the KPN datacenter located in Nossegem, Brussels, Belgium.
Redundant MX Lab Gateway
Our Gateway is build redundant so that virus protection and spam filtering is never interrupted and the email flow is monitored every minute of the day.
Connection
MX Lab has access to a redundant 10 GigE network and a backbone capacity of 7 Gbit with Level3, Cogent and Verizon as transit providers, FreeBIX and ProXimity as public internet exchanges and peerings with eXpress, PacketExchange, Kangaroot, Init Seven AG and others.
Security
The data center is 24/7 secured with card key access and video surveillance.
Power & UPS
The facility is protected by generators to keep operations running in the case of power outages.
Climate Control
The climate controlled environment ensures that our gateway servers are always kept at an optimal temperature and humidity to ensure peak performance. The datacenter is equiped with cold corridors from Minkels to optimize cooling and reduce power usage.
